Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final and no returns are allowed. Refunds are also not allowed. If you have any issue with an order, please contact us.
Pick-Up Policy
Emails for pick-up will go out two days after the order is complete. Sometimes sooner. As of now, I cannot do delivery and pick-up will be at my home office or porch pick-up.
Shipping Rates and Times
All shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS. Choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. All rates that are available for your mailing address will be shown. Some mailing addresses may have limited options due to USPS guidelines.
Open Box Policy
To start an Open Box, you must first DM @everbecrystals on Instagram and let me know.
I will invoice you for the items minus shipping and you have 24 hours to pay.
Once you are ready to close the box you will receive an invoice for shipping cost.
After 4 weeks, I will close your box. If you have any questions about this new policy, please contact me.
Payment Plans
Orders $125+ are eligible for payment plans and start with a 20% deposit. Payments can be weekly or bi-weekly but must be paid off within 6 weeks. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
I will work out a custom schedule with everyone who chooses this method.
